As with all computer monitoring software, the first thing that needs to be done is exclude PC Pandora from your antivirus software. Your antivirus software will detect PC Pandora as spyware because that is what it is. However, it is trusted spyware. Most antivirus programs will allow you to exclude PC Pandora from being detected as the following screenshot shows. You may have to go into the help file in the program you are using to learn how to exclude a program from detection.

Then you just click next and tell it to exclude the PC Pandora spy software.

Then you can just run the PC Pandora executable file and you will get the following screen welcoming you to the PC Pandora setup wizard.

There will be several other screens prompting you to agree to the license agreement and so on. I cannot show one other very important screen here because it has the potential to show kids how to get into the program. A screen that prompts you to set a default key sequence and password allows you to access the Application Viewer. It is recommended that you change the default sequence and use a strong password. Just make sure you remember it any way you can otherwise you will not be able to access the spy software.
When the installation of PC Pandora is complete, you will need to reboot the computer. Once the computer has rebooted, the PC will be monitored. Now you can use the key sequence and password you created earlier to access the Application Viewer and set the options that you desire.
Once you are logged into the PC Pandora Application Viewer, you should access the options screen as seen below to set the recording functions. You may or may not want to use all of the recording functions but they are quite straightforward.

The PC Pandora Viewer Application is where you can see everything that has been done on the computer. All you have to do is click the buttons along the top of the viewer to see the particular activity that has been recorded on the PC that is monitored. Here is where you see snapshots of the screen showing you what they were viewing on the monitor at any given time.

If you need to know what websites they have visited, simply click on the Websites tab and all of the information is right on the screen.

This next screen shot shows you all of the search queries that your family has entered into any of the major search engines. This feature gives you an inside look at what they are searching for at any given time.

PC Pandora has some very helpful tools on the tools menu that you can use to help keep your family safe on the Internet. You can generate custom reports, block websites and programs and access the chat control options.

You can generate custom reports about anything or everything your teenager has been doing on the Internet.

This is the Chat Control tool. Here is where you can block all of the major chat programs that are available on the Internet.
